New executive appointed for digital signage experiences
Stratacache, which develops digital signage software and media players, has hired Russell Young to serve in a newly created role as senior vice-president (SVP) of interactive and mobile experiences.
Young’s experience in the digital signage sector includes past roles with Samsung, which manufactures large-format liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and SapientNitro, an interactive marketing, creative design and technology services agency. In his position with Stratacache, he will develop applications, establish strategic partnerships and pursue new business opportunities.
“With his extensive, in-depth experience and knowledge, Russell is the perfect addition to the team,” says Chris Riegel, CEO of Stratacache. “He will play a pivotal role in charting a course for our clients during this time of significant growth in mobile and interactive technologies.”
