Flexcon North America, which coats and laminates films and adhesives for wide-format graphic applications, has named Lavon Winkler president. He succeeds Neil McDonough, who remains CEO and chair.
Winkler has more than 30 years’ executive-level experience in a variety of industries. One of his major goals with Flexcon will be to work with the human resources (HR) department to advance the training of employees as they move through the ranks of the organization.
“I am excited to join Flexcon and aid in its continued growth,” he says. “I look forward to working with Neil to implement ‘lean’ practices and keep employees motivated through advanced training.”
