Petra Tschope has taken over product research and development (R&D) management for Aslan, which specializes in self-adhesive films for graphic displays, signmaking and digital printing. She succeeds Klaus Pixberg, who has moved on to a consulting role.
Tschope has approximately 20 years’ experience in developing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and water-based coatings. Before joining Aslan in October 2016 to support its technical team, she most recently worked for Junkers & Müllers, where she learned in detail about the demands of the signage and digital printing industries.
Pixberg spent more than 36 years with Aslan before deciding to withdraw from business operations. He will continue to be actively involved on a regular basis.
