New resource libraries allow print shops to automate faster

Onyx Graphics Inc., has released new automation libraries to help print shops automate faster, improve print workflow efficiencies, and reduce manual errors.

These automation resources contain examples of quick sets for banners, wraps, greyscale, and tiling with a variety of finishing mark settings. They also consist of Adobe Illustrator colour swatch libraries for common cutter devices such as Summa, Graphtec, and HP to reduce set-up time for print and cut workflows. Current libraries can be used immediately after download, or as examples that can be edited or adjusted to directly impact the automation workflow needs of a shop.

“As print providers pivot to offer new and innovative applications and streamline processes, it is clear automation is essential to achieve business goals,” said Matt Crawford, director of product marketing at Onyx Graphics. “Quick sets provide a fast and easy way to automate. The examples will help shops focus on production instead of file preparation.”
