Daktronics is planning the world’s largest high-definition (HD) light-emitting diode (LED) video displays. The two 18.3 x 110.3-m (60 x 362-ft) displays will be installed at either end of EverBank Field, home to the National Football League’s (NFL’s) Jacksonville Jaguars.

As new upgrades to the stadium in downtown Jacksonville, Fla., the massive end-zone displays will be able to showcase three side-by-side HD video images for multiple replay shots and other video content, including up-to-the-minute statistics, score information, sponsorship ads and colourful animation.

“As construction takes shape, we can all envision the impact this will have on the game-day experience,” says Jaguars owner Shahid Khan. “We want EverBank Field to be a world-class destination.”
