Last month, Out-of-Home Marketing Association of Canada (OMAC) member companies donated space in multiple out-of-home (OOH) ad formats to the Toronto Zoo’s campaign asking the public name its new panda cubs.
Timed to coincide with Chinese New Year celebrations, the campaign started on February 8 and ran until the end of the month, spanning bus ads (example pictured), interactive transit shelters, indoor digital signage and other formats managed by Astral Out-of-Home, Clear Channel Outdoor Canada, Lamar Transit, Outfront Media, Pattison Outdoor and Quebecor Media Out-of-Home.
“We are extremely grateful for the generous support from members of OMAC to help name the first giant panda cubs born in Canada,” says John Tracogna, CEO of the Toronto Zoo.
