Toronto-based Newad has renewed several long-term agreements to manage out-of-home (OOH) advertising spaces in Ontario colleges and universities.

Newad’s campus network across the province includes colleges like Humber (pictured left), Centennial, Algonquin, Sheridan, Durham and Niagara; and universities, such as York, Queen’s, Guelph, McMaster, Brock and Ryerson Polytechnic.

The newest additions have been Seneca (pictured right) and Mohawk Colleges and Western Ontario University. In the first month since the start of the school year, the network reportedly generated more than 28 million impressions.

“Advertisers now have access to 1,800 sign faces, available in three formats, spread out over 65 buildings at 16 of Ontario’s colleges and universities,” says Philippe Marchessault, Newad’s executive vice-president (EVP) of operations, development and innovation.

The company claims the network reaches more than 660,000 students and 50,000 professors and employees.
