Out-of-home (OOH) advertising firm Pattison Outdoor has signed a new long-term contract with the city of Richmond, B.C., to continue managing ads for its growing inventory of transit shelters and bus benches.
The contract covers media sales management for 400 ad faces on transit shelters and 300 on bus benches. Richmond is the fourth-largest city in British Columbia, with a population of approximately 214,000.
“The new contract ensures provision of attractive street furniture for Richmond’s transit users and pedestrians,” says Victor Wei, the city’s director of transportation. “It also helps realize our objective of quadrupling the number of bus shelters and significantly increasing the number of benches.”
