Paper distributor to honour Canada’s best graphics

Unisource Canada, a national distributor of commercial printing and imaging papers, has issued a call for entries for its 2014 U^vu national design and print excellence awards, which include a category for wide-format displays, graphics and signage.

Entries must be printed on papers purchased from Unisource in full or in major part between June 17, 2013 and June 21, 2014, and submitted to the competition by June 26. They will be reviewed and judged in July based on design excellence, communication strategy, print quality, appropriateness of substrate and the use of photography, illustration and typography.

“The U^vu Awards highlight the best in Canadian design and print,” says Susan Corbeile, director of specification sales for Unisource Canada.
