Bayer MaterialScience has promoted Kenneth Schwartz to business development manager for its Makrolon polycarbonate sheet products, which are used in signs and architectural features. He will lead marketing activities for the product line across North America.
Schwartz joined Bayer in 2004 as a technology manager. Since then, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, rising to resin marketing manager for the North American construction industry.
“Ken brings significant experience and knowledge of the sheet business to this position and will be able to contribute immediately,” says John Boehm, managing director for the Makrolon line.
