Printer distributor turns to ink sales and marketing

Prism Inks, which formulates inks and related fluids for textile, large-format, dye-sublimation and direct-to-garment printers, has promoted Dan Barefoot to vice-president (VP) of global sales and marketing.

Barefoot joined Prism in 2017 when it acquired digital printing equipment distributor Graphics One (GO), which he founded in 2000 and continues to help manage. In his new role, he will work with Prism’s management team to develop new business opportunities, increase distribution channels and launch new marketing initiatives, focusing on growth in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

“I welcome Dan to help us continue to execute our aggressive plans over the years to come,” says Amir Ajanee, Prism’s CEO. “We are excited about the opportunity to work together.”
