????????????????????????????????????[1]Christie digital projectors provided dynamic visuals for tens of thousands of spectators at festivities for Singapore’s golden jubilee on August 9, with projection-mapping performances at three locations.

Planned and implemented by Hexogon Solution (examples pictured), the celebrations used 121 Christie multimedia projectors at the Sentosa Merlion plaza, the Fullerton Hotel and the National Day Parade venue, the Padang.

For the parade, 64 projectors were installed above the National Gallery of Singapore to create a 100 x 70-m (328 x 230-ft) motion graphics canvas to complement 3,500 performers on a tiered stage. Meanwhile, two eight-minute spectacles debuted on the façades of the Fullerton Hotel and the Sentosa Merlion.

“Singapore’s 50th birthday is one of our key projects for this year,” says Adrian Goh, managing director for Hexogon. “We wanted to deliver an unforgettable projection mapping spectacle during the parade.”
