[1]Subway, the world’s largest restaurant chain, is rolling out pilot locations with new signage and interior decor. The first two Canadian locations featuring the ‘Fresh Forward’ redesign are in Beauport and Granby, Que.
The revamped franchises feature new branding, including a symbol called the Choice Mark, along with digital menu boards and, in select locations, self-order kiosks with touch-screen interactivity.
“We’ve created a modern design that gives our customers more choices, from how they order to how they pick up their food,” says Trevor Haynes, Subway’s vice-president (VP) of operations. “The reactions from customers, franchisees and employees have been incredibly positive.”
