Bell Media has expanded Astral Out-of-Home president Karine Moses’ role as vice-president (VP) of sales for all of its properties in Quebec, while also appointing Debbie Drutz VP of sales for Astral.

Moses has been president of Astral since July 2016. In her expanded role, she will also lead TV, radio and digital integrated sales strategies and operations.

“Karine’s appointment speaks to the tremendous leadership and management skills she has displayed,” says Stuart Garvie, Bell’s president of media sales and marketing. “Our sales force will continue to create outstanding value for our clients thanks to her business and media acumen.”

Drutz was most recently VP of client strategy for Bell Media Sales. She will now oversee the team responsible for all of Astral’s national and local out-of-home (OOH) advertising sales.

“I am thrilled to welcome Debbie to Astral,” says Garvie. “She has an uncanny sense for identifying new, creative opportunities.”
