The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association’s (SGIA’s) new scholarship program is accepting applications from high school students—including Canadians—who plan to attend a post-secondary education program next fall and pursue a career in the imaging industry.
Supported by donations from endowment investors and companies within the industry, SGIA’s program will award $2,000 U.S. to each of five students. The recipients will be carefully selected by SGIA’s education committee.
All applications are due by April 15, 2016, and will be reviewed based on scholastic achievement, an application essay, participation in extracurricular activities, work experience and academic and professional recommendations. For more information, contact Erin Nuss, SGIA’s associate manager of education, at erin@sgia.org.
