Sharp thinking sought for LED displays

GaryFeather1[1]NanoLumens, which manufactures flat, curved and round light-emitting diode (LED) displays, has hired Gary Feather as executive vice-president (EVP) of operations. The role puts him in charge of all engineering, manufacturing and supply-chain management.

Feather’s past titles include senior vice-president (SVP) of LED lighting for Sharp Electronics and director of display systems for Texas Instruments. NanoLumens CEO Rick Cope calls him one of the world’s most renowned experts in display technology, imaging, lighting and energy systems.

“Gary has the skills and vision to help NanoLumens maintain its standards for quality and reliability even as the company is doubling in size on a year-to-year basis,” Cope says. “His experience is going to help us produce the next great advance in customer engagement.”
