The sign and graphics division of Alliance Franchise Brands—known for its Signs Now, Signs By Tomorrow and Image360 chains—recently announced the addition of new staff members during a phase of company-wide growth.
Chris Miller and Evan Yaffe have joined the technology department as field support representatives. Miller was previously a Signs By Tomorrow production manager, while Yaffe has experience providing technical support for Internet-connected devices. They will support all sign and graphics brands and corporate staff.
Jessica York, whose background is in accounting and banking, has been named business support representative. She will provide general bookkeeping for franchisees and collect new member financial records for review.
Jeremy Russell is working with the franchisor’s training department as e-learning specialist. He will build the foundation for 24-7 access to educational programs throughout the sign and graphics division.
Crystal Turner has joined the products and services group as co-ordinator. She will provide logistics support to franchisees and external suppliers for large projects and direct the review of requests for proposals (RFPs).
Autumn Biddinger has been named business support specialist, with responsibility for establishing best practices and reviewing new owner financials on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
Cierra Woodard has joined Signs Now as marketing co-ordinator, with a focus on developing newsletters, blogs and marketing communications. She will also work to improve the brand’s social networking accounts.
Britney Lodato, meanwhile, has been named marketing co-ordinator for Signs By Tomorrow, with responsibility for customizing e-mail marketing pieces, social media posts and websites for individual franchisees.
Finally, Zach Burhman has been appointed communications specialist for the entire sign and graphics division. He will write case studies, white papers, blog posts, formal letters and other weekly and quarterly franchisee-based communications.
