[1]A new report conducted for the International Sign Association (ISA) by market research and analysis firms IHS and Vandiver and Associates anticipates growth in 2014 and 2015 for large-format printers, digital signage, wayfinding systems and electric signs.
Sponsored by the National Association of Sign Supply Distributors (NASSD), ISA’s initial sign industry ‘market monitor,’ representing a quarterly index, has assessed key drivers in the market and their effects on sign supplies and manufacturing. The report’s findings include the following conclusions:
The report is the first in a planned series that will track the current and future strength of the on-premise sign industry, with detailed analysis by market segment.
“As we continue to provide these numbers,” explains Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO, “we expect to provide data those in the industry—particularly in the supplier, distributor and manufacturer sectors—can use to anticipate orders and expansion opportunities and better manage their business.”
