Sign shop represents millionth software sale

Image #2 - Ocean Graphics & SignsOcean Graphics & Signs has received a commemorative trophy and plaque for purchasing the one-millionth software package from SA International (SAi), which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

The shop (pictured above) bought SAi’s Flexi design, raster image processor (RIP), vinyl cutting and printing suite, which is reportedly the world’s most popular wide-format print and signmaking software. Don Feagan, president and chief operating officer (COO) of SAi (pictured below, left), presented the trophy and plaque to Will McLear, owner of Ocean Graphics & Signs (right).

Software developer Scanvec was founded in Israel in 1989, merged with Amiable Technologies in 1998 to form Scanvec Amiable and was rebranded as SAi in 1999. The company is now based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
