Tech exec joins Montreal-based OOH software developer

[1]Montreal-based Ayuda Media Systems, which develops enterprise resource planning (ERP) software-as-a-service (SaaS) for the out-of-home (OOH) advertising industry, has appointed Luc Filiatreault president.

Filiatreault has a track record of founding, leading and growing tech businesses, having completed two initial public offerings (IPOs), raised funds from venture capitalists (VCs) and served as CEO for three public and three private companies.

“I’m thrilled to join Ayuda’s team,” he says. “The company’s drive for constant innovation offers great potential for the OOH industry. We will charter an exciting course and foster international growth in the coming years.”
