The board of directors for Kodak, which continues to transition from analogue to digital printing, has elected Jeffrey J. Clarke as CEO. He succeeds Antonio M. Perez, who now serves as a special adviser to the board.
Clarke’s previous executive-level experience includes time as managing partner in Augusta Columbia Capital (ACC), chair and CEO of Travelport’s Orbitz Worldwide travel agency, chief operating officer (COO) of Computer Associates (CA) Technologies, executive vice-president (EVP) of global operations for Hewlett-Packard (HP) and chief financial officer (CFO) of Compaq Computer.
“Jeff is the right person to lead Kodak forward, with his strengths and experience in technology, and international business,” says James V. Continenza, chair. “His past positions have included businesses selling printing hardware and software, both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to consumer (B2C).”
Clarke will also continue to serve as chair of Orbitz.
