Telecom leader turns to IoT for digital signage

[1]Digi International, which provides Internet of Things (IoT) products and services for digital signage and interactive kiosks, has appointed Gokul Hemmady chief financial officer (CFO), senior vice-president (SVP) and treasurer. He succeeds Michael C. Goergen.

Hemmady has served as president of Nextel Brazil, vice-president (VP) and CFO of ADC Telecommunications, VP and CFO of NII Holdings and, most recently, an independent technology consultant in Los Angeles, Calif.

“We are pleased to welcome Gokul to Digi,” says Ron Konezny, president and CEO. “He has an outstanding track record for managing financial and business operations and we look forward to leveraging his expertise and experience.”
