TG Graphics acquisition to expand Spicers Canada’s service capabilities

Specialty products distributor Spicers Canada will soon acquire TG Graphics, a countrywide provider of solutions for print, dye sublimation, and engraving applications.

Since 1981, TG Graphics has provided solutions, service, and support for related businesses, including the sale of printing and finishing equipment, media, substrates, and inks. Headquartered in St. Laurent, Que.—with additional facilities in Burlington, Ont., Saskatoon, and Calgary—the company is known for its expertise in customer and technical service, along with its local engagement with the regions it serves.

“We feel very fortunate for the opportunity to add TG Graphics and their experience and capabilities,” says Cory Turner, president of Spicers Canada. “Aligning their unique solutions with our current offering should create meaningful value across multiple regions.”

Turner adds customers will immediately benefit from the joint offerings of both companies, through initiatives, investments, and strategies designed to strengthen capabilities both inside and outside of Spicers Canada’s core markets.
