P1050117[1]The Look Company (TLC) in Innisfil, Ont., has installed a new Monti Antonio heat press to improve output of fabric graphics. Replacing a decommissioned model, the machine’s larger-diameter heat drum increases efficiency by 30 per cent, while also reducing power consumption.

“With our increased volume of fabric graphic printing, we needed to ensure we have scalable equipment that can handle the workload,” says Gerry Price, president of TLC. “This installation will ensure our heat-setting department stays current for years to come.”

Founded in 1998, TLC designs and manufactures fabric tension systems for retailers, commercial clients, sports associations and venue operators. This year, for example, the company’s graphics were displayed at the Toronto Pan Am and Pan American Games and the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) Women’s World Cup.
