For the first time, Go Mobile Media is offering a free week-long campaign to any new advertiser that wants to ‘test drive’ the opportunity to wrap an EcoCab vehicle in Toronto with branded graphics.
Go Mobile’s pedicab fleet offers free, advertising-funded rides each spring and summer as a shuttle service between major buildings, tourist attractions and special events in downtown Toronto. The pedicab drivers also help promote the advertised brands and hand out free product samples or other giveaways.
With the new test drive promotion, which will run from May 1 to August 31, first-time advertisers may run a one-week campaign for free. They will still need to pay a nearly $2,500 vinyl wrap production fee in advance, but the promotion will cover the costs of the vehicle, driver, branded driver’s uniform, liability insurance, city licensing, promotional distribution and program management.
