The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association (SGIA) has awarded its colour management certification to two Canadian print service providers (PSPs): Holland & Crosby of Mississauga, Ont., and Studio Graphics of Montreal.
“These organizations have done their employees and the industry a great service,” says Ray Weiss, SGIA’s director of digital print programs. “With their verified skills, they can set themselves apart as experts who get colours right every time, which saves time and money.”
SGIA’s digital colour professional certification is awarded to successful participants in its colour management ‘boot camps,’ the most recent of which took place earlier this month at its headquarters (HQ) in Fairfax, Va.
