Pattison Outdoor Advertising’s digital out-of-home (DOOH) division, Onestop, has unveiled a nine-panel video matrix wall at Toronto’s Union Station, the busiest multi-modal passenger transportation hub in Canada.
The 3.4 x 2.1-m (11 x 7-ft) liquid crystal display (LCD) array is located at the entrance of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Plaza, which 280,000 people pass through each weekday. It represents the latest expansion of Onestop’s transit network, along with recently added subway platform-level screens in the Toronto Transit Commission’s (TTC’s) Museum and Sheppard stations.
“As the exclusive digital network ad provider for the TTC, we’re excited to launch the video matrix wall, which visually enhances the Union Station revitalization project,” says Cam Milne, vice-president (VP) and general manager (GM) of Pattison Onestop.
