[1]Digital inkjet printer/cutter vendor Mutoh America has donated printing services and wide-format graphics for an annual celebration of the civil rights movement and the spirit, ideals and legacy of its leader, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
The 15th annual Celebration of Unity in Chandler, Ariz., began in January with musical performances, festivals and other events and will continue through April with a civil-rights-themed exhibit titled ‘Then They Came for Us.’ Chandler is a suburb of Phoenix, Ariz., where Mutoh’s headquarters (HQ) are based.
“Working with the community is very important,” says Brian Phipps, Mutoh’s vice-president (VP) and general manager (GM). “The awareness raised by Celebration of Unity is worth the printing and graphics we were able to donate and I encourage everyone to attend the events.”
