[1]Epson is the official inkjet printer and paper partner for a new wilderness photography exhibition that opened on September 3 at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History in Washington, D.C.
Marking 50 years since the passage of the U.S. Wilderness Act conservation legislation, the exhibition features large-format prints of award-winning wilderness photos selected from more than 5,000 public entries. They were printed using Epson’s 1.1-m (44-in.) wide Stylus Pro 9900 with UltraChrome HDR ink.
“Epson has been a strong supporter of the Nature’s Best Photography Awards for several years in a row, so when it came time to find a printer and paper partner for this exhibit, they were our first choice,” says Steve Freligh, the awards program’s executive director.”
The Smithsonian welcomes more than eight million visitors annually.
