Inkjet printer manufacturer Epson is marking its 70^th anniversary. When founded in 1942 as Daiwa Kogyo, it was a manufacturer of watch components. The Epson brand was introduced in 1975, following the company’s first compact digital printer launch in 1968.

Ampco Grafix in Coquitlam, B.C., has entered a partnership to help fund the printing of large-format graphics and to support additional services for the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation (BCCHF) in Vancouver. To date, the new agreement has seen Ampco provide event banners and mural graphics for walls and elevator doors.
